Meet Erica Gomez

Erica Gomez is an Agent with Compass, the largest real estate brokerage in the U.S. with a focus on coastal Los Angeles and Orange County. Born and raised in Southern California, Erica has a deep love for the picturesque scenery and diverse architecture that California has to offer. Helping clients make life changes while representing them with their real estate needs is a passion for her.

Erica's background includes over 15 years in the entertainment industry. She possesses strong communication and negotiating skills, and prides herself on her ability to connect with anyone and create an environment that is both professional, yet fun. Erica’s strong client management and people skills comes from constantly meeting new people and learning from them and about them. She works hard for her clients by expertly helping them navigate through contracts and negotiations, all the while staying focused on their needs.

Erica has earned two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Southern California, one in Political Science and the other in Art History with an emphasis on architecture. She subsequently attended law school and worked at Los Angeles City Hall for a prominent city council member. There she was able to cultivate important relationships that she still maintains to this day and learn firsthand how effective the art of communications can be in any field.

Erica currently resides in South Orange County and loves exploring and discovering new things about the area. As a devoted wife and mother, Erica understands the importance of balance and harmony. In her spare time, she loves trying new restaurants with her family and friends, going for a scenic bike ride along some of the OC's most beautiful spots.
